Happy Valentine's Day! ! !


I hope everyone has a lovely day!  Be kind to your valentine!  Remember to let them know how you feel about them!

If you don't have a valentine, be extra kind to yourself.  

 (Heck, be extra kind to yourself even if you do have a valentine!  ;) 

Treat yourself to flowers . . . or splurge on a really great chocolate . . .

Or just allow yourself to do the things you want to do, rather than the things you should do today!

As for myself . . .  I think I am going to make some heart-shaped cookies and eat as many as I want!  ;)

    Happy Valentine's Day! (belated of course!) Is that a white sweater those red hearts are laying on? It's beautiful!

      Hi, Pat! Thanks! Actually, it's a scarf. I am trying to teach myself to knit. It has a few mistakes, but it is the first time I have tried doing cables. For my first attempt at cables, it's not too bad!

      But, I want to tackle a sweater, so I need a bit more practice first! :) Hope you had a great Valentine's Day! ;)

    It looks like you had a wonderful valentines day!
    I love those hearts Sherrill and as always your great photography.
    I will do a tutorial on teas and yes I grow them but all you need is some container pots filled with herbs once dried you can brew yourself some delicious tea ( great for the soul ) Well my dear tomorrow I start ripping my kitchen apart and get ready to tackle that job, this will be a big one I plan on putting down a new floor as well...
    Not bad for a gardener huh?

      Hi, Rosemary! Thanks for dropping by! I must admit, for some reason drying and storing the herbs has me the most worried. I worry that I won't get it right and I'll end up with a dirty, musty moldy mess! So, any pointers there would be most appreciated! I look forward to your posts! Good luck with your floors! I have never attempted anything like that! Though I do need to! Let us know how it goes! ;)

    Hi, my Dear! Thank you SO much for ALL your delightful visits and sweet comments for me...I swear, I am so behind! I decided that this evening was for me and I was going to sit down and make time to write and visit! ♥ Our youngest, Jonathan, graduates in 3 weeks and it seems like every day lately is just wild...and he takes care of most of it himself! (But I stress!) Tomorrow we have to see his advisor at the university about this fall's schedule...and this weekend is Senior Prom...:^) I guess I just need to settle down and make more Fairy Houses...;) ~ I am seriously having TOO much fun with those...♥)
